Debit Card and ATM Card Protection
If your Security Federal Savings Bank Debit Card or ATM Card is lost or stolen, please call 1-888-297-3416 to prevent further charges from being incurred.
How to deactivate your card on your Mobile Banking app and Online Banking
- Select the account that is connecting to your lost debit card
- Select the card management tab
- You will see a toggle that is currently green slide the bar to the left to freeze your debit card from being used .
This card management tab will also have other features including notifying you of transactions, setting alerts, and spending limits located under alerts and protections.
